Processing Time

Orders are usually processed within 1‑3 business days (Monday‑Friday, excluding weekends and public holidays). Processing time does not include shipping transit time. You will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking number once your parcel has been dispatched.

Shipping & Delivery

We ship to United States and selected international destinations. Estimated delivery times will be shown at checkout. Delivery delays can occasionally occur due to carrier issues, weather, customs clearance or high‑volume holiday seasons, and we are not liable for delays caused by third‑party shipping carriers.

Lost or Stolen Packages

Once the carrier marks your order as “delivered”, we are no longer responsible for lost or stolen packages. If your package shows delivered but you have not received it, please contact your local courier or postal service immediately to file an investigation.

Customs & Import Duties for International Orders

International shipments may be subject to import taxes, customs fees and duties charged by the destination country. These charges are the buyer’s responsibility. Please check your local customs office for related costs before placing your order.
